Ann-Marie (she/her) is a Movement Artist, Dance Educator, and Pilates Instructor. She has been teaching movement based practices to all ages since she was 16 years old. While pursuing her BFA in Dance at UArts, she suffered two injuries (patella subluxation and a Grade 2 ankle sprain) which made her re-examine movement patterns in her body. She was introduced to Pilates through her rehabilitation for her injuries. Through her dancing career, Ann-Marie found that Pilates was a way to move more consciously in her body. She became certified through Drexel’s Pilates Training Program, and has clients throughout the country, mostly in Philadelphia and New York. Ann-Marie loves helping people connect to their bodies. Her classes can address each student's needs, no matter your ability or level. If you are new to Pilates, working with an injury, or simply curious about your body, then Ann-Marie is for you!
