
Pilates Classes
At Restore, our classes are for ALL levels. If you're not previously familiar with Pilates, we require at least 2 private sessions, so that you're able to move safely on the equipment.

Private Pilates Sessions

One-on-one sessions with a certified instructor who will tailor your program based on your body's needs and fitness goals.
You will also learn how your body works while creating stability and strength to better play your sport and move in your everyday life, minimizing your risk of injury.
Group Pilates Classes

Reformer

The Reformer is a spring-tension based piece of equipment which allows participants to increase strength, flexibility, and posture.
Reformer classes have a maximum of 4 participants. This is a budget-friendly way to use the equipment and you get to connect with people in the RPC community!
Cardio Jump

Jump-start your day with this fun workout. The Reformer is transformed with the Cardio-Tramp which provides a resilient landing surface for jumping activities while lying down, seated, side-lying, and on hands and knees.
These high energy workouts challenge coordination and cardiovascular fitness while being gentle on your joints. There is still strap work; we wouldn’t cheat you out of leg circles.
