CANCELLATION POLICY

As a small business, a cancellation policy supports the operating costs of the business and to ensure that instructors have financial stability when last minute schedule changes or illnesses arise. Our policy is as follows: Payment is due on or before services are received. A strict 24-hour cancellation policy is enforced for all private, semi-private, and group classes. Any session appointment that needs to be cancelled or rescheduled must be done no later than 24-hours before the time of your session. Past the 24-hour time frame, you will be charged the full cost of your booked session. In the event that you don’t show for your session, you will be charged 100% of your session cost. This will not be refunded or applied to future sessions. All past cancelled session fees must be paid in advance to book any future appointments. Your appointment starts and ends at the time that it is scheduled. Please arrive on time to your session. The amount of the session does not change based on your arrival time. Tardiness is a disruption to the instructor. In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late to your session, we reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy.
