Group morning classes will help jump-start your day! This fun workout on the Reformer uses the Cardio-Tramp providing a resilient landing surface for jumping activities. These high intensity workouts challenge coordination and cardiovascular fitness while having no impact on your joints. Classes are for all levels. So that you're able to move safely on the equipment, we require at least 2 private sessions if you're not familiar with Pilates.
Cancellations less than 24-hours will be charged the full amount of the session/class. Thank you for your understanding.
