Jump-start your day with group classes! This fun workout on the Reformer uses the Cardio-Tramp providing a resilient landing surface for jumping activities. These high energy workouts challenge coordination and cardiovascular fitness while having no impact on your joints. There is still strap work; we wouldn’t cheat you out of leg circles. Classes are for ALL levels, however, so that you're able to move safely on the equipment, we require at least 2 private sessions if you're not familiar with Pilates. Cancellations less than 24-hours will be charged the full amount of the session/class. Thank you for your understanding.
